Return and Exchange Policy

We hope you will love everything that you order from us but if something isn't quite right, you have 7 days to proceed exchange or refund. 

Please note that we do not provide pick up services for returns and exchanges.

  • MAXIMUM EXCHANGE PROCESS ( 1 TIME ONLY )

You must download and fill out the “return and exchange form” provided in Aura Website to proceed the return / exchange.Items should be returned new, unused, unwashed and with all garment tags still attached with the same packaging that Aura used to send the goods.Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered are not accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

  • REFUNDS

We only offer and accept refunds in form of TRANSFER at the selling price of the returned products. Refunds will not include shipping costs. For international customers, please contact your local customs for more details on tax and custom refund.

  • EXCHANGES

Products must be mailed for return within 7 days from the day the order was delivered.(i.e. Your order was arrived 8th April, you have until 18st April to ship back your returns). Products must be unworn and unwashed. Products must have Aura Official tag.

Due to hygiene reasons they are strictly not qualified for returns or exchanges Any merchandise marked “SALE / DISCOUNT ” cannot be returned Products that do not meet conditions above cannot be exchange nor return.

When will you receive my return?

Your return will take up to 7 days to reach us and be processed. If it's been longer, please contact Customer Service with proof of return, e.g. collection receipt, drop off slip.
